I am a poet and visual artist from Dublin, where I live with my partner and our two sons.

I studied English at University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and the University of Oxford, completing a doctorate in 2012.

My poems have been widely published in Irish, British and American journals.

My artwork has been selected for the 2024 and 2025 RHA Annual Exhibitions and shortlisted for the 2025 AIB Portrait Prize. I make stone sculptures as well as paintings and am a member of BKB Visual Arts Studios in Glasnevin.
